✅ Eligibility for Return or Exchange
You can request a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving your order, only if:
The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags attached
You notify us within 72 hours of delivery (via WhatsApp, email, or phone)
❌ Items NOT Eligible for Return/Exchange
Jewelry (due to hygiene reasons)
Sale/Clearance items
Customized or altered products
Items returned after 3 days of delivery
Products damaged due to customer misuse
🔁 Exchange Process
Contact our support team within 3 days of receiving the item
Share your Order ID, reason for exchange, and pictures (if applicable)
Once approved, you will need to send the item back to our address via any courier service
After inspection, we will dispatch your replacement item (charges may apply)
💸 Refund Policy
Refunds are only issued if the product is out of stock or completely incorrect and replacement is not possible
Refunds are processed within 5-7 working days via bank transfer or Easypaisa
Shipping charges are non-refundable
🚚 Return Shipping Charges
If the error is from our side (wrong or damaged item), we will cover the return shipping cost
If you are exchanging by personal choice (size, color, etc.), you will bear the return courier cost
